Club membership is required to use the golf courses, club pool, tennis courts fitness center & restaurant. There are pools & clubhouses, fishing, walking, biking, etc. throughout the individual neighborhoods within The Plantation.
THE PLANTATION CLUB COSTS
Base rental price from above plus:
Social Membership - $200/month - includes use of the club pool and Jacuzzi, restaurants (gratuities included), fitness center & driving range. Golf is limited to two (3 day advanced tee times) rounds per month + green and cart fees.
Tennis Membership - $400/month - includes social membership benefits plus no green fees & other golf member privileges.
Golf Membership - $1,200/month - includes social memberhip benefits plus no green fees & other golf member privileges.
*Membership Transfer Fee: In addition to the above cost the club charges a one-time membeship transfer fee depending upon the type of membership being transfered.
Social & Tennis Membership - $79.50
Golf Membership - $321 for transfer of 30 days or less
$428 for transfer of 31-60 days
$535 for transfer of 61 days or more
UNITS WITHOUT CLUB MEMBERSHIP - We have many beautiful condominiums, villas and homes available without the added cost of club membership.
