What You Can Expect In Our Guest Accommodations: A bright, clean, fully furnished and equipped home away from home. Furnishings and appointments vary according to individual owners' tastes. All units are non-smoking. Accomodations include the following: Color TV, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, coffee-maker, toaster, pots & pans, dishes, silverware and glasses. There are linens, towels, iron, vaccum cleaner, etc. Rental Information $500 - $1,500 reservation security deposit. If reservations are cancelled 120 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the deposit will returned. 25% of the rent is due 120 days prior to arrival date. Non-refundable. No Credit Cards All rentals for less than 6 months are subject to an 11% sales tax. Check-In Time is between 12:00 Noon and 5:00 p.m. on the 1st day of the rental period. Check-Out Time is by 10:00 a.m. on the last day of the rental period. Daily maid services in not included. Annual Furnished and Unfurnished rentals are available. All rentals are subject to condominium and/or homeowner association approval.
